The handy, compact connector measures just 40.9 mm x 34.5 mm x 16.3 mm. Cables can be inserted from both the top and the side, while the screw-down cover protects the wires and keeps them safely in place. The lightweight acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) housing is nickel-plated, which provides optimal shielding from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.
This RS PRO unit includes two jack screws, self-tapping cover screws and a cable clamp for screw-lock assembly. It has nine contacts with D-Sub shell size E.
This D-Sub connector backshell has been thoroughly tested for reliability and safety and is suitable for use with most standard and crimp D-connectors.
