At Electrical Wholesale Supplies (Flint) Ltd, we aim to ensure the highest level of satisfaction from our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with our return policy as outlined below.

1. Time Frame

Customers have a right to cancel their order and return an item to us within 30 days of receiving their order. The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day after the day you received the goods.

2. Return Conditions

Items returned must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if any). The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or damage.

Please note that certain items such as personalised or bespoke items, perishable goods, or items sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (if they become unsealed after delivery), may be exempt from this policy.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

4. Return Delivery

The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. In such cases, Electrical Wholesale Supplies (Flint) Ltd will bear the return delivery cost.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service.

6. Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service with a detailed description of the issue and photos if applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
