The Walraven Britclips CR825 (EP52023012) is the highest-capacity fixing in the heavy-flange range. It is specifically engineered for the most demanding industrial cable management tasks. Designed to secure oversized cables, sub-main power feeds, and large-bore conduits between 25mm and 30mm in diameter, this clip is purpose-built for extra-thick structural steel flanges ranging from 8mm to 12mm. Furthermore, it utilizes premium-grade high-carbon spring steel (Type CS70).
The CR825 provides an unshakeable mechanical grip that withstands the weight of heavy-duty containment. Also, it does so without the need for drilling, tapping, or welding.
For maximum protection against the elements and industrial pollutants, the CR825 features the Delta-Tone 9000 coating. This advanced zinc/aluminium flake finish is tested to over 480 hours of salt spray resistance. As a result, these clips remain structurally sound in coastal environments, damp plant rooms, and unheated warehouses.
The tool-free, hammer-on “knock-on” design allows for rapid, secure installation. Additionally, it provides a permanent fixing that is fully compliant with 18th Edition regulations for the support of large-format electrical cabling.
